He was responsible for Provisioning of new Activation, Complaint Management of Technical Services and Service Centres Management. Before that he worked with Tata Teleservices as National Head – Customer Service Operations for the Mobility Division.

He has over all 26 years’ of experience with various verticals and worked with Telecom Industry for last 17 years . Before that, he worked with Wipro Consumer Care Division (FMCG) for about 9 years. He has worked in many functional areas like Sales & Distribution, Institutional Sales, Commercial, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management and Customer Service.
His last 11 years was extensively in Customer Service Delivery in Telecom managing Customer life cycle management, Contact Center operations, Fraud management , Retention , Credit & Collections.
He is good in managing Operations with large team and project management. He manages the crisis well and do the turnaround in shortest time. He is good in systems and processes(especially on service industry with large customer base management). Good in Contact Center (BPO) & Back end process management for large customer base.
