Mr. Kushal Bhargava is the Director in NSB Group w.e.f 15.02.2013. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Mumbai and a Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also the Sub Group Member of “Student Committee” of WIRC for the year 2017-18. During the initial period in start of his career he was associated with one of the leading CA firm M/s. Aneja Associates and was a part of their Treasury Management practice, auditing the Treasury Management function of leading listed companies.
During 2007 to 2010, under his leadership in Shell Transource Ltd., a BPO founded by his father, Mr. Narayan Bhargava, he headed the operations of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) with a team of 20 people leveraging into the network of Chartered Accountants spread over 225 cities across India.
In April 2010, he joined N.S.Bhargava & Co., Chartered Accountants as a Partner. The firm specialises in very niche field and undertakes various Compliance audits, Fixed Asset verification audits, Process audits, Financial audits, Due Diligence and Regulatory Reporting processes. He has been able to develop a very unique model in N.S.Bhargava & Co. and the firm has developed capability of taking various assignments, which very few firms are capable of doing it. He has single handedly developed this audit practice alongwith the associates. The firm engages about 300 people at present.
Having considerable knowledge in Finance matters for almost a decade, he is actively involved in assisting the Group Companies under the roof of NSB Group which are spread across several verticals namely Human Resource, Logistics, BPO- International and Domestic, Telecom, Financial Sector and Vendor Management. Apart from this he is an Innovative and a Strategic thinker and also provides full support in Planning, Organising, Managing the business functions. Last but not the least he also provides direction to Accounts, HR & Admin functions which help business to grow and expand immensely and takes it altogether to a new level of Success and Growth.
